Contact-form data is processed on the basis of your consent; booking data, for the performance of the service contract and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a contract exists, for the duration of the relationship and any legally required periods.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use processors:
- Gespet — booking management platform.
- FormSubmit — email delivery of contact-form messages.
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads, for audience measurement and advertising.
Some providers may host the information on servers located outside Andorra; in that case the safeguards provided for by data-protection law apply.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@residenciacaninaandorra.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.
